Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the YTSummarizer Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment
To become an affiliate, you must apply via email. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link to promote YTSummarizer.
2. Affiliate Links
Your affiliate link must be used in good faith. You may not use misleading or deceptive practices to drive traffic. Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activity, spam, or other unethical practices will be removed from the program immediately.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 30% commission on every qualified lifetime purchase ($29) made through their referral link. This amounts to $8.70 per sale.
Commissions are only awarded for new paying customers. Refunds, chargebacks, or duplicate purchases do not qualify for commission.
4. Promotion Rules
You may promote YTSummarizer through your website, blog, social media, email newsletter, or other marketing channels, as long as your methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not:
- Engage in spamming or unsolicited bulk emailing
- Bid on YTSummarizer brand keywords in paid search campaigns
- Misrepresent yourself as YTSummarizer or an official representative
- Make false claims about the product or service
5. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid out monthly via PayPal, provided your account balance meets the minimum payout threshold of $50. If your balance is below this amount, your earnings will roll over to the next month.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their earnings.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all promotional activities and remove any affiliate links.
Unpaid commissions at the time of termination may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these terms.
7. Modifications
YTSummarizer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
